Andy Ingram is a Central Florida native who dedicates his practice to providing each and every one of his clients with exceptional representation. He earned his associate of arts college degree before graduating high school. He graduated from the University of Florida with two bachelor's degrees in just three years.
He went on to study law at the University of Florida's Levin College of Law and graduated in 2005. He passed the Florida Bar Exam and was licensed to practice law that same year.

Assistant Public Defender
Mr. Ingram began his legal career as an assistant public defender for the Fifth Judicial Circuit. While at the Public Defender's Office he gained invaluable trial experience by handling thousands of misdemeanor and felony cases. He is particularly experienced trying DUI, Battery, and Drug cases.
During these years of practice, Mr. Ingram has developed an understanding of the real-life challenges his clients face while in the process of defending a criminal charge. This understanding has encouraged Mr. Ingram to always go the extra mile for his clients.
Expanding His Practice
Following his time at the Public Defender's Office, Mr. Ingram practiced labor and employment law for many years in Gainesville representing firefighters, police officers, professionals, and local businesses. This experience further developed Mr. Ingram's skills in motion practice and discovery strategy.
Most recently, Mr. Ingram merged his experience with criminal and civil practice at the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel for Alachua County. In this capacity, Mr. Ingram handled a wide variety of criminal and civil cases. Mr. Ingram is well versed in both criminal and civil trial practice, at the State and Federal levels, including Federal trial experience.
To best serve his clients, Mr. Ingram prefers to deal directly with his clients in order to provide personalized service and clear communication. This approach allows his staff to focus on the timely filing of court documents and office logistics, which helps make clients' experiences with his firm even better.
